Pulire, Tonificare, Idratare III {Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize III}

E dopo che ci siamo struccate... Ci tonifichiamo!!

A cosa serve un tonico facciale? Dirvi che il tonico è un passo importantissimo che non dobbiamo dimenticare o trascurare. Il tonico migliora la struttura, aumenta l'irrigazione sanguina che provoca la rivitalizzazione dei tessuti, apporta luminosità e rinfresca il nostro viso, non solo chiude i pori e finisce di eliminare qualsiasi resto di sporcizia o impurezza che lo struccante non abbia eliminato del tutto, ma anche prepara la pelle a ricevere la crema idratante o nutritiva.

Oggi vi do la ricetta di un tonico al basilico. E un tonico astringente, quindi adatto alle pelli miste e grasse (pelli secche, astenetevi).



Tonico facciale al basilico:


Di cosa avete bisogno:

- Basilico fresco. Quello che avete nel vaso per cucinare va benissimo.
- Acqua distillata
- Alcool (io ho usato alcool 96°, quello usato per disinfettare le ferite)


Come farlo:

In un pentolino mettete l'acqua distillata fredda e 2/3 cucchiai di foglie di basilico fresco. Lo fatte bollire per un paio di minuti e lo lasciate in infusione per 30 minuti.

Aggiungete del'alcool, non più del 10% per non seccare molto la pelle. L'alcool si utilizza per conservare il tonico.

Aspettate che raffreddi ed è pronto per l'uso.


Proprietà:

Il basilico ha delle proprietà calmanti, anti infiammatorie, antisettiche e cicatrizzanti.

Alzi la mano chi non ha trovato quella scatola carina della misura giusta nel momento in cui aveva bisogno.

Una scatola per cosa? Che ne so, un regalo, un posto dove mettere in ordine (o al meno insieme) tutti gli orecchini, per le punte, per i fili... Una scatola, insomma.

Vi mostro come fare una scatola con del semplice cartoncino. Io l'ho preso nero, voi potete sbizzarrirvi con quello che vi piaccia di più, liscio, rigato, a pois... ^__^

E' una scatola semplice. Il vantaggio è che si possono fare della misura che volete, basta seguire le proporzioni, e volendo si possono fare anche rettangolari.

Avete bisogno di cartoncino, righello, matita, forbici e colla per carta.

Zuppa di Porcini in Crosta {Crusted Porcini Soup}

Oggi siamo in cucina! Ora prima di scrivervi la ricetta della settimana ci tengo a specificare che ogni mio piatto è il risultato di ricette rubate e riadattate da siti, blog, libri, amiche, tradizioni e pertanto chiedo scusa fin da ora se qualche pietanza potrebbe risultare come rubata a questa cuoca o a quell'altra ma non ricordando da dove ho preso la ricetta non ne cito la fonte (che quasi sempre è mia mamma).

Eccomi ai fornelli per spiegarvi come fare una zuppa ai porcini che noi in famiglia adoriamo.
La facilità di esecuzione è direttamente proporzionale alla bontà quindi cominciamo dalla spesa.

Ingredienti:

350gr funghi porcini
350gr funghi champignon
1 patata
Brodo vegetale
Sale
Aglio
Prezzemolo
Peperoncino

La parte più delicata è sicuramente la pulizia del Porcino: mettete i funghi in ammollo per qualche istante in acqua salata poi tirateli fuori e per eliminare la terra usare un panno umido. Una volta lavati dividete il cappello dei porcini dal gambo e tagliate a fettine sottili i gambi e in parti grandi la testa del fungo.

Da parte tagliate gli champignon a fette e metteteli in una padella con olio aglio prezzemolo e i gambi dei porcini e fateli saltare.

Una volta che i funghi si saranno rosolati bene aggiungete il brodo vegetale caldo e la patata (capata e fatta già a fettine) il sale e mandare il tutto in cottura a fuoco medio per 40 minuti.

Nel frattempo preparare un soffritto con aglio olio e peperoncino e buttarci dentro la testa dei porcini e farle cuocere per circa 5-7 minuti. Quando i funghi saranno cotti nel brodo eliminare dal tegame il peperoncino e frullare il tutto, aggiungere poi le teste dei porcini e lasciarle insaporire nella zuppa.

La zuppa è pronta, ma io per renderla ancora più buona la faccio in crosta.

Prendete una ciotola che può essere messa in forno, metterne all'interno la zuppa e chiudere la ciotola con un disco di pasta sfoglia e metterla in forno a 180 gradi finché la crosta non sarà dorata.

Consigli:
Per far aderire la pasta sfoglia alla ciotola usare un composto fatto con acqua e farina e con un pennello passarlo per il bordo della ciotola.

Per una sfoglia perfetta bucarellatela con una forchetta e spennellatela con un uovo.

E' arrivato quel giorno. Quello nel che io vi parlo della mia passione per il design presentandovi i designers che mi hanno colpito di più.

E non potevo iniziare da un'altro. Io adoro il design di questo genio chiamato Marcel Wanders. Olandese, 49 anni, laureato "cum laude" nel  Institute of the Arts Arnhem. Si potrebbe pensare che gli olandesi sono freddi a sentirli parlare e invece... Lui ha quello che un mio ex-capo chiamava "la mano felice" ovvero, riesce a disegnare sempre cose nuove facendo l'occhiolino all'antico senza perdere mai la sua personalità.

Riconosco che un "tutto" Wanders può risultare un po' troppo, i suoi interni a volte sono carichi fino al limite, ma le sue carte da parati sono però così belle che le metterei in ogni una delle stanze di casa mia, forse su una sola parete ^__^

Io lo considero un designer a 360°, disegna mobili. ceramiche, piatti e posate, gioielli, interiori, qualsiasi cosa!! Vi lascio una mostra dei suoi prodotti, così per aprirvi un mondo senza fine...

Determinazione Vuitton {Determination Vuitton}

Una sfilata dal sapore vintage metropolita. Una donna che arriva dagli anni  '60 ma usa la tecnologia del 2012. Scale mobili e corridoi come se si stesse in un aeroporto ma agghindati a scacchi, così come le donne vestite.

E stato amore a prima vista, a seguirla in streaming la passerella sembrava che da un momento si sarebbe trasformata in un palco su cui  le modelle erano pronte a cantare come Mina e Patty Pravo negli anni d'oro.

Ho amato di questa sfilata la perfezione geometrica che segna uno stacco netto con il romanticismo della stagione passata, nonostante i fiori rimangano assumeranno in realtà una forma stilizzata, i colori, bianco e nero, ma anche giallo, verde e marrone a spezzare, i mini cappotti e maglie oversize, le tute e le gonne lunghe, ma soprattutto gli accessori!!!!

Borse piccole rettangolari che accompagnano egregiamente il dress di una donna che si presenta in maniera imponente nonostante la sua figura esile. Si, perché questa non è proprio una moda per tutte. Bisogna essere magre e determinate per una collezione che non ammette mezze misure, qui o mini o maxi. Le scarpe tornano ad essere a punta, finalmente (perché non c'è nulla di più femminile), anche se la forma del tacco e l'altezza (che seppur comoda non mi emoziona) non mi convincono. E le acconciature....un sogno.

E proprio vero tutto torna !!!!

Donne, cercate in questi mesi invernali tutto quello che le vostre nonne, zie e mamme hanno da parte degli anni sessanta perché le donne Vuitton, Marc Jacobs le vorrà così la prossima stagione. Io intanto vado nella cantina di nonna, sperando che non abbia regalato nulla delle mie zie, e a fare i burpees di Nicola, perché tra ombelico di fuori e minigonne bisogna avere una linea very slim per tutto ciò!

Qualche settimana fa Angela mi ha chiesto di cercare delle soluzioni belle, pratiche ed economiche per mettere in ordine i giocatoli di suo figlio, detto Scheggia ^__^

Io non ho figli, quindi non mi sono mai messa il problema, ma vista la quantità di giochi che hanno avuto i miei nipoti e il caos che regnava nella sua cameretta ho dedotto un paio di cose: bisogna sistemarli, e bisogna lasciarli a mano dei bambini ma forse non tutti.

Ho fatto una ricerca sul web e ho scoperto che c'è un mondo là fuori. Iniziando dall'Ikea e finendo dal frutivendolo ci sono mille possibilità. Ci sono contenitori in plastica, ceste in vimini, panche in legno, cassette della frutta. Tutto dipende dai gusti ma io vi lascio una selezione di quello che mi ha piaciuto di più ^__^

Cambio Stagione {Change Of Season}

O mio Dio è arrivato il mio giorno più odiato dell'anno : il giorno del cambio stagione... A casa tutti si eclissano e capire tra valigie e scatole come uscirne è veramente dura, ma anche stavolta ce la farò.

In tutto questo caos però trovo divertente il poter riporre i miei abiti. A fine agosto Anna mi ha detto: "Mi fa rabbia che ancora non mi sono messa le calze d'inverno che devo già pensare a cosa mi metto fra 8 mesi!!!". E da una parte ha ragione.

Ma la realtà è questa: la moda se usata a nostro vantaggio può essere invece utilissima! Nel momento in cui riponete gli abiti estivi fatelo dopo aver dato uno sguardo alle sfilate p/e dell'anno successivo, così saprete cosa tenere da parte per l'anno venturo e cosa invece riporre per almeno un paio di anni perché sarà out.

Etichettate le scatole con sommariamente cosa avete all'interno solo così potrete sopravvivere e anche rendere meno traumatica questa nefasta giornata. Ovvio che nella mia casa dei sogni c'è una cabina armadio!!!!

Ma nel frattempo mentre cataloghiamo guardiamo un pò cosa ci attende per la prossima stagione estiva attraverso qualche immagine!

Sarà una donna elegante sobria ma sensuale quella che gli stilisti hanno messo in passerella qualche giorno fa.
Colori tenui tessuti leggeri ma linee decise. La prossima estate mi piace proprio!!!

I miei preferiti per la prossima estate: Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Balmain, Lanvin, Sonia Rykiel, Dries Van Noten, Armani, Byblos, Trussardi, Jil Sander, Fendi, Bottega Veneta e Blumarine.
