Lieviti, Cous cous, Cioccolata e... Montersino - {Yeast, Cous cous, Chocolate and ... Montersino}

Bla bla bla non sai quanto è bravo bla bla bla. Umh e che bontà bla bla bla e che bellezza bla bla bla STOP!

Mamma fermati respira e raccontami.

Blah blah blah you do not know how good he is blah blah blah. Umh and which goodness and which beauty blah blah blah blah blah blah STOP!

Mama stopped, breathe and tell me. My mother is amazing, gets excited for the things she does still like a child and I occasionally call her to order, and so this time I restrained her chat started talking rapidly.

Maybe I never told (because I do not like to boast of the things that I have, much less of my dearest affections) the skill of my mother in the kitchenif it had not been for his dedication to his family could easily make the chef, but not those pussies chef who only do nouvelle cuisine but then fall on the foundations, but rather to those chefs who have learned the trade of books and cooking courses.

My mother born in '63 was married at the age of 18 years and knew not even do a fried egg, was a bit 'spoiled girl. But she soon learned, and now after 3 children a gourmet son in law and a grandson she is a phenomenon. The best thing about her (and I thank her because it is a value that I have in my own veins) is humility, the most absurd is that makes cakes to scream but do not eat ...

With that said let's get back to why of her babble. For some years now has been passionate about the famous healthy pastry Luca Montersino  and Monday, November 5 she had just returned from a two days in the kitchen with him with a great desire to speak and as many calories to burn.

It is precisely with Montersino the one that the ingredients are impossible to find, here in the one that confectioners supplies all fear. Three courses: yeast, couscous and chocolate and she has not missed anyone. She was enthusiastic about the skill of the baker is practical (but this did not have any doubt) that dialectic "you have no idea how much passion, love and skill put in the explanations." A amaze her in the true sense of the word was then Luca (now a friend of mine since at home we talk about him as if he was one of the family) in the version cook, "bravissimo." Two delicious couscous, according to mom, and the couscous was done by him just starting from the grain mill and through a wooden table (beautiful by the way) that my mother has already pointed as imminent purchase.

News of great significance for all of his fans in Rome by eataly there is his bakery where over to delight you with his creations, you can also find his magical ingredients.

Now I leave you with some pictures because my mother has yet to tell me, but I anticipate that soon I'll post some of his recipe.

Stile Nordico - {Nordic Style}

I think I said somewhere but I'm not a lover of minimalist spaces, that is, but lived. I prefer not whitespace except when the white gives me warm feeling and comfort, and these things are the Nordic masters.

Walls, ceilings and white floors, large windows to let in the light wisely furnished with wooden furniture, neutral colors and padded cushions and colorful rugs. A good direct and indirect lighting and the use of candles do the rest.

When we think of Scandinavian design, the first thing that comes to mind is Ikea. If we think in fabrics we think of Marimekko. But I advise you to make a trip for Iittala where you will find the jars from the architect Alvar Aalto. Carl Hansen & Son where to find the CH24 chair, which I love, but not only. Even Muuto, Louis Poulsen or &Tradition Copenhagen will make you understand that Scandinavian design is not what it is now, is not a fad, it's a way of life. And what a life!

La Rivincita dei Nerds - {Revenge of the Nerds}

Ragazze miopi siete IN. Dalle donne dello show business alle desperate housewife tutte le vogliono!

E a dirla franca, a me non dispiacciano.

Once you ashamed to wear them and they were just those who needed it, now all they want ... Whereof I speak? But the eyeglasses!

Here is a clear example of my definition of fashion as "absurd attraction." Yes, because there is nothing normal in wanting to wear at all costs, even if it is not needed the lenses. And the term I used to wear does not the case because in 2012 the glasses are worn, as if they were a dress or a scarf and with the same ease of these garments are chosen on the basis of looks, time, humor and more.

But what's really crazy is that whereas just a few seasons ago were worn lenses smallish preferably with transparent frame not now, today, the watchword is exaggeration. Square glasses, round or elongated it is important that you notice even from far away. Blacks but also spotted and green military strong impact lenses which should give you an air interesting but sometimes make it a little ridiculous.

Arisa was a few years ago to launch this fashion in Italy when a look improbable received the approval of critics and audiences. Revenge of the Nerds I would say. And perhaps this is what is happening, but I always try to argue that the positive trend in the bottom of a large chance of redemption to all those who lived as limit the need to wear glasses ... Myopic girls you are IN. From the women in show business to desperate housewives all want!

And to put it frankly, I do not displeasing.

Now you just need to choose your mount!

Quando la Realtà Supera l'Immaginazione {When Reality Exceeds Imagination}

Today I want to share with you one of the strangest things that have happened to me so far.

As you can see I'm not really a chip with telematics and its derivatives but is from the world not well known to me that come my Friends. A crazy story for me.

Everything began three years ago when for fun, curiosity and a desire to share I enrolled in a forum. Only understand what a nickname was a hard task but then overcome the first obstacles began the game. Browsing here and looking there I ran into a group of 20-25 girls united by similar tastes and styles exchanged advice. Initially peered curiously everything from a distance while continuing to read here and other internal parts of the forum but understanding just where he could be no room for someone like me and where I had to flee instead to their heels as too extreme.

After a period of initial study I launched and introduced myself to the group tentatively chosen, that of SC, concealed by a nickname specifically written incorrectly, and from there I started to get interested in the computer. Between silk, pearls and yoko ono the talk flowed in rivers unstoppable, uncontrollable, and was so for 1 year. One year made up of many stories of young girls ready to become women and a crazy desire to want to share between them a fundamental aspect of their lives. Afraid of what this group in the forum was getting to me, I tried to stop abuse in that way (now that was a dependency), but I could not, I needed to know what happened to those unknown entities but for me now they were as if they were true.

We tossed it between Christmas gifts and secret groups on fb to a meeting of women ready to shed the mask to reveal. Expressions, the smells, the dialects here is what I was missing from that deeply profound relationship but in fact so cold, because I relazionavo only interface with a cold and flat which was that of my PC. Adrenaline in 1000 as it was a first date with the man of my dreams. See in the flesh those nice nickname was terribly exciting and unsettling because it was as if we had always known.

In three years the relationship has evolved from a group we became Friends true of those who are ready to say that we are wrong without fear of losing the person, because we know that the base is a mutual respect. A group born in a forum continued on fb and now in life. As in all the groups of people who love each other of course some people are more connected to one rather than another, a girl who feels more phone rather than another because, as in all reality, the real ones, however, each knows that you can not wish well to all the same because it would be utopia and calmly accepts this without jealousy inside. People who know they can rely on each other, as far as possible and as close everything now took considerable dimensions and distances, cover at least 80% of Italy between north and south and we're only 17. Girls are able to speak from a photo of a politician and of underwear arrive after 250 messages received as a gift from the mother-in-law. Women with families, careers, and interests but common, ready to help, knowing that everything can not be understood outside but equally aware that it is real. Women with strengths and weaknesses but not ready to take themselves too seriously and from this comes a slang made of MSV, B, LLT, RV, of jajajajajajaja, in short 'nu burdello.

I thank Anna, Valentina, Manuela, Claudia, Viviana, Clare, Laura, Romina, Alessandra, NC, Gloria, Fabiana, Rosanna, Raffaella, Mariasole and Ilaria because those who for one thing for another who have enriched me, they made me grow and supported me in difficult times.

Add them Michael and Elisa (two known to another group of the forum) that are my best friends, thanks to the proximity and the wonderful people who are!

Now I do not know if any of you has ever happened like that, but I assure you that I still do not believe it and still do not think I ever happen anymore, but still 17 friends seem more than enough!

Idratare la Pelle: Olio di Jojoba {Moisturize the Skin: Jojoba Oil}

Usi comuni (via Jojoba Italia):

Do you remember I told you eh I have a combination skin? Well, I use jojoba oil as a moisturizer.

Jojoba oil is a pure cosmetic for excellence. Odorless, heat stable is actually a liquid wax. Used by American Indians before the arrival of the "civilization" is still used for skin care.

Jojoba oil has in its composition of natural antioxidants: tocopherols. It is also an anti-inflammatory, emollient and stimulates circulation. It is rich in vitamin E, natural substances, healing and nourishing. In most protects of UV rays. Does not ensure protection for the most delicate hair, but it can be enough for those a little more olivastre.

Common uses (via Jojoba Italia) :

ANTIWRINKLES: Due to the high penetrating power, with constant use, you can get the smoothing out wrinkles on the face and neck and their subsequent attenuation.

DRY, CRACKED SKIN: the hydrating and softening jojoba oil fights flaking of the skin, especially during the winter months. In the summer months must be applied before and after exposure to the sun. Very good before the application of makeup.

OILY SKIN OR ACNE: cleans the pores and helps the regulation of sebaceous gland function.

TANNING: Apply the oil before and after exposure to the sun, protect your skin from burns and redness and give a uniform color tan. Warning jojoba oil does not replace the suntan lotion for protection. It is also recommended as soothing in case of sunburn.

Tips to apply the oil on your face:

In application of moisturizer is important that the massage should always follow the direction of the muscles. Distribute the oil with the fingertips, from the inside outwards and from the bottom upwards. It starts from the front, with a movement that goes from the eyebrows to the hairline. The second phase involves the eye that provides patters of light from the upper and lower lid towards the nose. Then it's the cheeks that are massaged from the corners of the mouth up to the cheekbones. Never neglect chin and neck, massage from inside to outside, from the bottom upwards.

Un Semplice Braccialetto {A Simply Bracelet}

All those who knit have yards and yards of unknitted wool advanced. Of all colors. What do we do? We make a crochet bracelet. Nothing complicated, you just have to know how to make the chain (here video of how to do it, one day I make mine, promised).

You need a ball of yarn of the color you want / have, I used the advanced wool of a gray sweater. The hook for making the chain and a button to close it.

Tip: If you do not have a crochet hook or think you can not do it, do not panic! The chain can also be done with your fingers!
